小龙虾节!
“小龙虾节”(克莱夫特西瓦)是瑞典最重要的一个社
交类型的节日,通常在八月份进行。朋友们戴上滑稽
的帽子,聚在一起唱酒歌、喝烈酒、吃小龙虾,大饱口
褔。所以,在小龙虾节期间,整个瑞典都会沉浸在浓
郁的节日气氛中,阳台、游廊、花园里传出的阵阵欢
声笑语会一直持续到午夜过后。吃小龙虾可不是一
件容易的事,不过一旦吃到了里面的美味虾肉,你就
会觉得一切努力都是值得的。
Crayfish party!
The “kräftskiva” (crayfish party), usually held in August, is one of the most important
social events in Sweden. Friends gather to feast on crayfish while wearing funny hats,
singing drinking-songs and drinking snaps. So during crayfish season, you will hear joyful
laughter and singing from balconies, verandas, and gardens all across Sweden – until way
after midnight. Eating crayfish is not easy, but once reaching the heavenly meat inside,
you will find it well worth the effort.

小龙虾生活在江河湖海中,数百年前,瑞典就有捕食
小龙虾的传统了。小龙虾有好多种类,不过长相大同
小异。虾身由数段保护壳组成,通常约10-20厘米
长。它那对另人望而生畏的螯钳既可用于捕食,又能
在战斗时自卫。不过当你打开 KRÄFTOR 莳萝汁冷
冻小龙虾的包装时,你是不用担心的:冷冻的小龙虾
可不会夹人哦!
No need to worry!
Crayfish populate both lakes, streams and occeans and are caught in Sweden since many
centuries. There are different species with only small differences in appearance. The
body is made up of segments of protecting shell and commonly 10-20 cm in length. Its
impressive claws are used both for hunting and for self-defence. But when opening a pack
of KRÄFTOR (frozen crayfish in dill brine), there is no need to worry. Frozen crayfish do
not pinch!
熟能生巧!
在夏末的几个星期里(通常在八月份),整个瑞典到处
都会举行小龙虾节庆祝活动,人们会吃掉大量的小
龙虾。剥虾需要一定的技巧,得多练习才行。虾肉大
部分都在虾尾部,虾钳里面的肉也不少。真正的吃
虾高手会用手把龙虾油挖出来吃。甚至有些人还会
吸食虾头中辣辣的虾汁。听起来有点不可思议吧?不
过,没尝过之前,先别急着下结论哦!
Practice makes perfect!
During a few late summer weeks (August) as crayfish parties are held all over Sweden,
huge amounts of crayfish are consumed. Opening them correctly is an art in itself, and
learning to master it takes some practice. Most of the meat is found in the tail, but you
can found quite a lot in the claws too. True die-hards use their finger to scoop the crayfish
“butter” out of the body. Some even suck the spicy juices out of the head. Sounds creepy?
Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it!

祝酒歌是瑞典饮食文化不可或缺的一部分。在很多
象小龙虾节、复活节、仲夏节、圣诞晚餐等这样的节
日和特殊时刻,人们都会唱祝酒歌。这时候,每个客
人会拿到一本印着很多歌曲的歌本,人们要在晚餐
时演唱所有这些歌曲,每唱完一首,都会有人祝酒。
有些歌曲是大多数瑞典人耳熟能详的经典歌曲,而
有创意的客人则会用人们熟知的旋律,填上自己创作
的歌词,重新演绎。来,干杯!
“Let’s sing another song!”
Drinking-songs are an integral part of Swedish culinary tradition. They are sung at most
festivals and special occasions, such as crayfish parties and Easter, Midsummer, and Christmas
dinners. At such occasions, each guest gets a printed song booklet with a number of
songs, which are all sung during the dinner, each song being followed by a toast. Some
are classics that most Swedes know by heart, but creative hosts write their own texts to
